The Knowledge Basket South Pacific Limited is a privately owned company. The directors are Dave Keet, Linda Winterburn and Dev Nadkarni.

Dave and Linda, former librarians are the founders of The Knowledge Basket - Te kete o te wāananga which has provided extensive archival content for New Zealand since 1994. Dev is an Auckland-based journalist, Media and Stakeholder Relationships Advisor at Pacific Islands Trade & Invest NZ and editor-in-chief of The Indian Weekender.
